2x conversion, tuning, and fitting

Upon discovery that the front derailleur is actually a 2x and not 3x, I heeded the recommendation of Bikes Per Minute's tech JR to convert the drivetrain to 2x. It went perfectly well and even if the shifter is designed for 3-speed, JR was able to work around it and doesn't annoy me in operation.

I also decided to go with ceramic bearings for the bottom bracket and I purchased the Mortop BB1SM bottom bracket to replace the stock Shimano Deore bottom bracket.

Wolftooth Components chainring bolts are used in the conversion.

We also performed bike fitting and that's when the Mortop SL3100 (100mm) stem came into the picture. With it, I feel better and more balanced than the stock setup of the Specialized Pitch Comp.

Finally, we were able to weight the bike and it's 13.79 kg at this stage of the modifications.

So there, I am finally happy or am I?
