I couldn't believe I will be able to reach this point, twice.
Today, the route as suggested by Mike is Wall 3 - Roxas Loop - Giant - Mt. Sinai. Because the route is mostly asphalt, I decided to bring my grocery bike which was fitted the night before with the original MAXXLITE 700x50 tires. In addition, I decided to use cleats to man up.
The lack of suspension on my bike makes the experience unforgettable and I suffered my first "soft" fall as I avoided a big puddle of mud and the clay-like soil eroded. The fall broke the Giant (not sure if original) bottle holder, the Elite one didn't suffer any damage.
At the exit en route to Giant store I took a useless fall while we were chatting which resulted in nasty bruises on my knee. I decided to continue pedalling to Mt. Sinai so that we can have breakfast. This time, I took photos of the menu and the food I ordered.
Superb beef soup
Longsilog, which I like a lot
Going back, the group decided to take an unknown trail and while it was awesome, it was dangerous as hell and with a bike like mine, it's not capable of performing downhill chores. I tried in some sections but I decided it's not worth it and I don't have the balls of steel right now.
On the way back we stopped over at Giant store.
After a "yosi break," I insisted to take the Basic trail instead of Roxas loop and I won. When we reached Jason Store, I discovered that they serve Papaitan with rice for only P60. It was done well and I really liked it, so I ate for the second time.

Here's a photo of the group before we head back to the parking.
My shoes are obviously victimized by mud and so is the bike. I could have avoided the knee injury had I worn knee pads. I regret that I didn't prioritize the purchase prior to this ride. The other thing I discovered is that this Charge Spoon saddle is the most comfortable saddle in my arsenal.
I wasn't able to start Strava until we got to Roxas loop, so the ride time and course is incomplete.
