Another trail within my proximity is the Fort Bonifacio Bike Trail aka Army Trail. Today, upon invitation of the Merville Boys we hit the trail.
It's somewhat embarassing but I actually got lost twice going to the trail as Waze told me to pass via the camp gates where civilians are NOT allowed. The proper gate is actually gate 6 which is close to Heroes Trail.
Being a first time rider in this trail, I discovered that there is "red" and "blue" paths where red is more challenging which my friends prefer.
I thought this is more challenging than Heroes trail as there are climbs which are truly challenging and I don't get the right gear most of the time that I had to push.
There's also a "view deck" and a lake similar to La Mesa Nature Reserve albeit much much smaller, the lake that is.
My friends rode "red" three times, while I did 2.5 times. Next time, I will try to conquer this trail. It will come.
