DIY projects
I like making projects, specially those things that makes building enjoyable and the outcome fruitful. During my high school days, I have built many electronic projects from digital alarm clock, logic probe, amplifiers, computer evaluation boards, etc.
I used to regularly subscribe to Radio Electronics, Popular Electronics and Electronics Enthusiast. I also like to buy those thick "blue books" from National Semiconductor and Motorola.
However, when I entered college, my focus shifted to computers and I have not done a real project until my interest shifted back to audio.
