Conclusion

I was anxiously waiting for this day to come, the day when I receive my Meralco bill in the email.

I can clearly see the drop in consumption for October, it is down to 122kWh. If I subtract 122kWh from the average of 175kWh, that would result to 53kWh saved. However, I thought that might be a bit optimistic, so I averaged the last three months (July to September) resulting to 167kWh, therefore I saved 45kWh which at the rate of ₱11.450 is about ₱515.

That would mean, I get back the initial "investment" of some ₱62,000 in TEN years. LOL!

In the end, this was a fun experiment and I have no regrets in doing it.
